Dr. Shlomo Sadoun
Shlomo is the Co-Founder and CEO of SK-Pharma Group, a global pharmaceutical company that manufactures, sells, and markets generic, specialty pharma, hybrid generics and biosimilar pharmaceutical products in over 18 countries. Additionally, Shlomo is the CEO of Arphio, an orphan drug company, which promote, market and sales orphan drugs in rest of the world utilizing a unique technological proprietary. Shlomo holds over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a main focus on leveraging technology to define and improve business procedures. Shlomo has developed a global strategic alliance with over 200 leading companies that share the same innovative and technology driven mindset. SK-Pharma had launched over 300 products worldwide, majority of which were first-to-market and branded products. Shlomo capabilities to leverage technological features in fast and applicable manner is what lead he’s organization to be the fastest growing pharmaceutical group in Israel and beyond. Shlomo attained a Master’s degree in Global Management by Salford University in the UK, and has also recently completed a Doctorate in Business Administration, with specialization in public health, from the Royal Academy of Economics and Technology in Switzerland.

Ksenia is the Co-Founder and Director of the SK-Pharma Group. Ksenia holds over 13 years of leadership experience, including within Business Development ,International Finance and the Pharmaceutical Industry. She has been instrumental in driving numerous key strategic initiatives including debt financing, equity investment, and corporate and business development projects. Ksenia brings her broad and experienced knowledge in accounting and financial management and specializes in global medical fields strategies. Ksenia leads the Executive team, making sure that there is an appropriate Legal function and resources in place to meet SK-Pharma’s business needs Ksenia attained a Master of Science degree in Global Management by Salford University in the UK.

Sergey is responsible for Global Operations, Strategic customers, non-registered products in Israel, market access.
Sergey brings with him 20 years executive experience in Operations and Procurement field from IDF.
He is Lieutenant Colonel in the Israeli Defense Forces Medical Corps, having held a number of executive roles including Head of Pharmacy and Medical Equipment Department, Head of Pharmacy Department, and Head of Pharmaceutical Procurement in Medical Corps.
Sergey has rich experience in Supply Chain in challenging environment.
He was Head of Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Department in Israel Medical Corps Field Hospital in Haiti in 2010.
Sergey holds B. Pharm from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and Master of Health Administration from Ben Gurion University.

With more than 15 years of marketing and sales experience; in multinational pharmaceutical companies, such as AbbVie and Sanofi; Milan brings broad knowledge and extensive skills; in business development, market evaluation and competitive intelligence to the company. Milan has vast experience in leading teams to success in the fields of oncology, hematology, nephrology, diabetology, anesthesia and more. Milan holds a unique combination of experience along with an academic background in medicine.

Yossi Shmeterer joined SK-Pharma group on Feb 2017. Yossi brings more than 20 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical field. Prior to joining our group Yossi served 1 year as a QP at AstraZeneca, 4 years at Trupharm/Truemed as QP/QPPV, 5 years as manager of pharmaceutical services at “Reut Medical Center”, 10 years as responsible pharmacist at community pharmacy chain. Yossi holds a BPharm degree in Pharmacy from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem as well as a MHA, Masters in Health Administration, from Bar-Ilan University.
