Our Vision

What is a drug shortage
A shortage is a situation in which an entity has a scarcity in supply of medicine, which can be due to various reasons.

How does a shortage can be addressed
Each country or entity has its own regulatory process, however typically a shortage can be addressed by importing an equivalent (or generic) unlicensed or unregistered medicine to compensate for the drug that is in short supply.
